Further, Advertisers and users are responsible for ensuring to provide genuine information & content at all times.

The advertisers and user guarantees that his or her content do not violate any copyright, intellectual property rights or other rights of any person or entity, and agrees to release www.vilasitha.lk  and from all obligations, liabilities and claims arising in connection with the use of (or the inability to use) the service.

Advertisers agree that their content can may be presented through www.vilasitha.lk 's partner sites under the same terms and conditions as on www.vilasitha.lk

Safety and images

www.vilasitha.lk  reserves the right to change the title of the Content, for editorial purposes. www.vilasitha.lk  reserves the right not to publish images that are irrelevant or images that violate www.vilasitha.lk 's rules.

Personal

www.vilasitha.lk has the right to cooperate with authorities in the case any content violates the law. The identity of advertisers, users or buyers may be determined, for example by an ISP. IP addresses may also be registered in order to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions.

Privacy

www.vilasitha.lk will collect information from Users and Advertisers. It is a condition of use of the www.vilasitha.lk  that each User and advertiser consents and authorizes www.vilasitha.lk  to collect and use this information. www.vilasitha.lk also reserves the right to disclose it to Company Affiliates and any other person for the purposes of administering, supporting and maintaining www.vilasitha.lk , as well as for improving www.vilasitha.lk , for example by using the information for research, marketing, product development and planning. Some content and services of www.vilasitha.lk may require a payment, including but not limited to, membership packages, posting of ads in select categories, and sale of items through Doorstep Delivery.

Memberships

We have four types of memberships. Charges & the advertising limits may vary according to the category that you choose. Please refer the document. www.vilasitha.lk has the right to any content added to the site by the advertiser and has the right to remove or not publish the content if it violates any aspect of the Terms and Conditions.

www.vilasitha.lk.lk does not provide any guarantees that Sellers have been truthful or accurate in their listings, have items in stock, will accept the return of the item, or provide any refunds. www.vilasitha.lk is not responsible for unsatisfactory or delayed performance, losses, damages or delays as a result of items being unavailable or mishandled by Sellers.

www.vilasitha.lk reserves the right to suspend, limit or withdraw access to www.vilasitha.lk  and/or Membership of any user who does not comply with these terms.

Order Cancellation 

A Customer can opt to cancel order within 1 hour for the order placed either online or by calling our customer service and receive refund of advance paid if any in accordance with our return & refund policy. 

www.vilasitha.lk reserves the right to cancel any order if it suspects any fraudulent transaction by a customer / vendor or breaches the terms & conditions of using www.vilasitha.lk .

Return & Refunds  

www.vilasitha.lk practices no cash back & we don’t refund money. No exchange of items. However we will give a coupon or loyalty points that amounts to the order that has been placed which you can use for your future order placements. If the transaction is based on COD (Cash On Delivery) and if the customer wants to resend order to us, customer must bear the return courier fee.

Indemnification

Advertisers and users agree to indemnify www.vilasitha.lk  as well as its officers, directors, employees, agents, from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including attorney's fees, resulting from any violation of this Terms and Conditions (including negligent or wrongful conduct). 

Modifications

www.vilasitha.lk  reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on www.vilasitha.lk . You are responsible for the reviewing of such modifications. Your continued access or use of www.vilasitha.lk shall be deemed your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.

Governing law

www.vilasitha.lk is operated under the laws and regulations of Sri Lanka. The courts of Sri Lanka will have the jurisdiction over any dispute or claim relating to the use of www.vilasitha.lk . This document is an electronic record in terms of Electronic Transactions Act. No 19 of 2006 and rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Electronics Transactions Act No. 19 of 2006.
